- Overview:
-
- Daily Log Book was created to serve as a computerized log
- book or diary. While their are many appointment scheduler
- programs, these do not fill the need to keep daily records on a
- subject. Daily Log Book specializes in this one task. Its
- features include on screen calendar, searching and printing (by
- day, month, or entire log), high quality editor, and ease of use.
-
-
- Shareware Notice:

- still using the program after thirty days, you are asked to

- data per day, and much more. Registration is a mere ten dollars

- Possible Problems/Solutions:
-
- Problem - Disk Full Error
- Solution - Each month is stored in a separate file and can be
- identified by the file name. For example A0390.DAT
- is the file containing data for the month of March,
- 1990. If your disk is filled, you may copy a couple
- of your oldest months to an archive disk (if you wish
- to save them) then delete them from your Log Book data
- disk.
-
- Problem - Out of Memory Error
- Solution - Each month is limited to about 64K of data after the
- program expands blank days. If you need more than 64K
- per month register Log Book. In the registered version
- of the program a month file can use ALL available
- memory.
-
- Problem - I can't live with choice of colors used by this
- program.
- Solution - Register Log Book. The registered version of the
- program allows user selection of colors.
-
- Problem - I want to print to a printer connected to parallel
- printer port 2 (LPT2).
- Solution - Register Log Book. The shareware version of the
- program supports only LPT1.
